If anybody asks me where the best barbecue in town was I would have to say it is there at Rollin Smoke, even the chicken is fantastic ...so moist that really surprised me I expect the ribs to be great but sometimes the chicken at a barbecue place isn't that good but yours is an exception for sure we will come back again and again and again

When we want to go out to eat BBQ, ROLLIN' SMOKE is the only place to go in Vegas! My favorites are the pulled pork, potato salad, and their Kick'n BBQ beans. My husband loves the Brisket 3 Ways, Kick'n BBQ beans and cornbread.

This could be THE best barbeque in the USA. The Outlaw burger is incredible and the smoked meatloaf, well, have you even heard of smoked meatloaf before? Absolutely a foodgasm waiting to happen!

We go here many times a year, best barbecue ever. I had the beef rib which is a meal in itself, and the loaded mashed potatoes are just yum yum... my boyfriend usually has the brisket three ways with the barbecue beans which are just scrumptious. I also had their burger which they're famous for on one of my visits and that is just the best burger ever.
