Great grub. The place gets busy but they know how to feed the masses, we had our order fast! Chopped brisket sandwiches �� and the bacon potatoe salad is very good.

Oh My Heavens!! Do not let the location scare you. It's kind of industrial and out of the way, but you've got to get here for this incredible food, clean location, terrific customer service and fast preparation. We've already decided we're coming back here next time we're in Vegas. Rollin Smoke BBQ is amazing! My sister and I shared the Trio plate of chicken and 2 portions of spare ribs. OMG!!! Simply the best BBQ I've had between California and Las Vegas in years. It was all great and it was all fresh. There was a ton of food. Everyone working there was spot on with customer service, it couldn't get any better. It was packed when we got there and packed when we left.It's at the top of are regular to go to list for sure. Couldn't find one thing wrong at all.
