Rollin Smoke was was recommended to me by some Vegas locals. I have no clue why. After waiting for food for 45 minutes (probably longer) it was brought out wrong. We didn't get everything we ordered. Only stop by if you aren't that hungry and have a couple hours to kill.

Nice black pepper bark on the brisket. I felt it needed a little more salt though. Between the three of us, we had the mac-cheese, loaded mashers, and sweet cornbread...all of which were wonderful. Friendly staff and quick service always make me smile. Worth the ride over for sure!

Super excited to try since one of our coworker gave it the hands down best BBQ joint there was. Last meal on our Las Vegas trip was by far the best. Just the smell of the food made my mouth water. The ribs were fire were 🔥🔥🔥the meat fell tight off the bone, the sweet and spicy wings were amazing, crunchy and tossed in a flavorful mouth water sauce. The greens and mac and cheese hit every spot. BBQ was really fabulous! The Rice had an amazing taste to it as did their grean beans!! Priced very well for a very very good amount of serving size. The Apple Burger put me under the table after I tested my weakness with a full rack of Baby Back Ribs. The Briskets OMG... 🤤The Briskets are orally Orgasmic! Thank you again! We will definitely be coming back on the next outing to Vegas from now on!! New customers for life🤗

Hands down the BEST bbq I've ever had. It was so good I had to sign my name on the wall 😂 Will definitely be coming back my next trip to Las Vegas ❤️
I was a rookie, this was my first visit ever. Did not disappoint. I got the Rib Platter (I was warned it was too much, to which I scoffed...it was too much.) But loved every bite I was able to finish. From the flavors to the textures to the extras I was blown away. And on top of that, the staff made me feel so welcome and at home I didn't feel like I needs to rush out. If you think you've had bbq here in Vegas...YOU HAVEN'T! Get to Rollingsmoke ASAP!! Heaven on a plate.
