RecommendedBeef rib had fall off the bone meat, all the different sauces I tried were very tasty, the brisket burnt ends were very tender, the greens were good, but the beef rib was what blew my mind.

Lets be clear. I'm only referencing the location on Highlands. Its one thing to have great BBQ which this one does. But the service is beyond great. Being from Arkansas I take bbq very seriously. I can smell the smoke on my fingertips after I'm done. I would recommend however to the other location, ensure when someone calls and asks which location they are calling....dont say Highlands. The food was delicious. The brisket sandwich was Excellent so was the catfish which melted in your mouth. For dessert the banana pudding was yummy.

I ordered the sliced brisket, hot links and pulled pork. brisket and pork both very dry and under seasoned! it seems non of these vegas bbq joints can make side dishes! I ordered the corn bread which was good but the dirty rice again how do u make dry flavorless rice?? and the mac and cheese. they actually sprinkled shreds of cheese on top, nothing creamy or cheesy about this dish. very disappointed and will not go back. I'll stick to jesse raes for now!
