Late Friday evening. What’s open in Vegas? Rollin Smoke. Brisket, hot links, greens, cornbread and cobbler. We aren’t in Vegas. Great flavors, good portion sizes, several house made sauces on the side, and the crispest pickles on the planet. These people know and care about BarB Que. I’ll be back!

I’ve had good past experiences with Rolling Smoke but yesterday my family were not happy campers. The extra large ribs that I were told were huge , my order was not the case , our spare ribs were way larger than the small ribs I received. My beef ribs were burnt and crispy . There was no way they could have been eaten. The spare ribs were dried out . The only good part of our order was the pulled pork. We ordered a pound of that but only got a half pound . Huge let down.

Best BBQ place it Vegas. It’s just a few short minute drive off the strip but it’s well worth it. The brisket is amazing and the 1/4 chicken is awesome. It’s definitely a place we look forward to each time we come to Vegas.
