Food was good the ribs, brisket sliced, the sausage link, the mac and cheese needs more cheese, the greens with the brisket and the yams were delicious, the fire sauce is fire!! very good but they don't have a signature bbq thick sauce. All their sauce were more on the runny side which was good. But overall great experience.
Loves this place!! My family is from Florida. First time to Vega! First time here! Next time we visit Vegas, we WILL be coming back here!!!

My mom and I were first timers. We had the pulled pork sandwich. Oh my ! The bun was super soft and the pork so so tender topped it with extra bbq sauce We also ordered dessert to go peach cobbler , banana cream pudding and sweet corn bread . Tasty morsels for our road trip back to Cali 😛. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back soon

Absolutely the best meal we’ve had in Vegas. Great choice and value and Rusty even took me to see his smokers which just blew me away. The staff are very welcoming with fast service too. If you like BBQ, damn if you like food then Rollin Smoke is a must visit 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
