Rollie is so nice. I had a chopped bbq sandwich and a pork rib. It was so good! When your in Alice you need to stop by open Thursday 11-10pm & Friday 11-8pm, and they cater!
I’d never been a fan of bbq restaurants until Rollie’s � I ordered the Rollie’s bowl (chopped brisket, sausage, rice & beans). Great flavor all around. Will definitely be going back!
Rollie himself took care of us and this guy is so friendly, treats you better than most your family likely treats you. Best brisket I've ever had! Nice smoky taste. This was my first time trying creamed corn and it shattered all expectations. Go here, they will treat you well and you will leave with a big ol' Texas grin on your face.
