I have never rented from this place yet but the lady on the phone was super helpful... She answered all of my questions and was very polite about it...
Spoke to Kara (Cara?) the new owner on the phone. She was no longer managing the property portfolio which brought me to Rollie Gilliam realty but she was still both extremely helpful and cordial. Kara went out of her way to explain why they no longer managed the portfolio and where I might go for some other, better options. I would certainly suggest anyone looking for properties in Modoc County call Rollie Gilliam Realty first, because they seemed to be honest and straightforward.
