Ordered and delivered 2 smart garage controllers to find I only needed one. I filled in the return authorisation form and posted the extra unit back to them. No refund was given. I have confirmed that the parcel was delivered back to the po box that was stated on their return form. I have sent 2 e-mails to Wholesale Garage Doors t(a week apart) to investigate if they have the unit and why the refund has not been processed. I haven't heard from them at all.
