Coming from someone who grew up with my family owning a business, and that business getting criticized all the time because it was new, you sure as hell don't handle it like that. You accept criticism with open arms and LEARN FROM IT, something you tiny minded people can't seem to wrap your head around (seeing as if you could wrap your mind around that criticism is there for a reason, you wouldn't be calling teenage girls ugly and skanks). I haven't been back since the first time i ate here because i got deathly ill from their most recommended and costly rolls. Being that every other bad review is hidden i assume mine will be as well. Rollbotto provides a mediocre product at an exorbitant rate. The owners who also double as management can't afford to pay for fresh ingredients let alone employee's to take their places during shift. If you heard a recommendation to come here hit SUSHI INC instead.

so unprofessional. owners got butthurt when i commented on a bad review so they created a fake email and emailed my managers trying to get me fired. all because i said rollbotto smells awful. which it does. and the owner has a micro penis that crawls up inside of him every time he gets a bad review so his only response is to lash out.

The managers/owners conduct themselves in an extremely poor manner. They can't handle criticism whatsoever. The raw fish is stored inside the owner's asshole (which is far too warm and has to be against some kind of health code law???) Also, why the fuck are robots making sushi??? They're taking our jobs!! Lol this place sucks. I would rather eat sushi out of a Circle K bathroom made by a confused prostitute.
