I went in to have a tooth removed and was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews. However, my experience couldn’t have been more different. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. I had a tooth pulled today. From the time I made my appointment to coming in the office today everyone was very caring knowledgeable and nice. The doctor was wonderful. So quick didnt feel a thing. No pain killers needed after. I would highly recommend this office.
staff was wonderful. Dr. Rollar was rude. I am terrified of needles. I did express that to the nurse who was very understanding. When the doctor came in, I could tell the vibes were going to be off. I was there to get my tooth pulled. When the doctor came in, he was about to numb me for the tooth extraction. I was moving but still got it done. he told me that I was in the wrong place. i would give zero stars if able, Dr. Thomas is flat out rude and makes you feel like a burden. the anxiety he instilled in me brought me to my car in tears. so glad that i found service elsewhere and would not recommend this place to anyone. i feel bad for the staff that works under him. they deserve better.
