Nothing wrong with the service, but $214.63/ hr for labor on an F-250 seems high! Wish I could at least have been warned they charge that much before asking them to work on my truck.
Definitely the easiest, most low pressure car buying experience I’ve had. Todd listened to exactly what I wanted and found the right vehicle for me for the price I wanted. A good, small town dealership with everything a big city dealership would offer.
Could not have been happier with my experience at Roling Ford. Kelsey was our sales rep and she knocked it out of the park with extremely quick and friendly service. Bought a truck and has been nothing but trouble. I figured buying a ford from a ford dealer things would have been checked out. I was totally wrong. First couple days out noticed it leaking radiator fluid needed o ring that was 200 bucks then my kids rode with me and asked what the noise was I took in and needed rear differential rebuilt 1400 there then got back and still heard noise and took back and needed a new iwe on drivers side even though I put a new check valve on thinking that fixed it. We have worked with Shellrock Ford on our last 3 Edges, friendly, courteous, helpful in dealing with everything fixing, buying or test driving. We were disappointed in no more Edges but opted to go with an Explorer, of which we had 1 from 2004 with over 200 hundred thousand miles on it
