I wish I had great things to say but I was so upset it took me since February to write this down. I am still finding things out. Yes I did purchase this car used however it was sold as one owner when it was being used when I wanted to test drive it. They did bring it back right away. I mentioned about tires being 5/32 they said that's fine. It absolutely is not fine. There was also a nail in the tire that they never saw? Todd went the extra mile to assure that we were satisfied customers answering all questions and sharing many details as we purchased the 2025 Ford Escape Platinum Eco-Boost. We have had it less than a week and already feel comfortable and safe behind the wheel. Denise was exceptional with providing us with direction on the many finance options and we found one that worked best for us. Oh, and did I say that this evening we got 33 mpg on the highway now that is something to cheer about!!
Good people. The trucks/cars are the same at every dealership. This dealership is in a small town and it's Iowa nice. They have good prices, good service, and nice people.
