Great service and good people to work with
I recently had my truck in to have a sensor replaced and the job was completed quickly with no issues. Afterward I asked for help connecting my phone to the trucks wifi and was helped by members of the sales staff. All the employees I have had any interactions with have been very helpful and friendly.
Spencer smith my dude. 2 hours out of town with a broken tire stem. In and out in less then a hour with no heads up. If you need a good service advisor I highly recommend
Today was day 1 of having an EV. I was running low on battery life, having struggled unsuccessfully to figure out the charging process elsewhere. Stopping at Roling Ford in Shellrock was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. I’m not happy that I can’t remember the names of the two associates that helped me today. They bent over backwards to help me figure out the infrastructure and utilize the App. Thank You Thank You
