Professional and personable…three times to the Audi dealer without resolution to an electrical problem in our SQ8–three days at Rolf’s and it was solved. Highly recommend-will be a returning customer.
Again Rolf’s made the play! Coming home across 18, my coolant temp inexplicable soared to red. I was able to pull off and let it cool for a bot and add a little to it. No problem getting home Took it back and Tommy was very concerned about the situation. After some testing it was reveled that another sensor, one not stock to this engine, had failed. After days of searching he was able to secure the sensor and have it installed. They also were able to install an auxiliary coolant bottle and it looks teal nice. Drove out to Th... read more
