Professional service and discounts to boot!
I went in at 9:00am for a routine oil change and was told it may take three hours and be done at noon. I came back at noon and was told the mechanics went to lunch and they would finish the oil change as soon as possible. At 1:45 I finally paid and received my car. This is unacceptable. I asked if the next time I had my oil change could they promise to keep it within a three hour timeframe. The clerk responded ‘no’. Ridiculous, Unacceptable.
