I went through the 10-session series with James to address some tightness and adhesions before they worsened. I greatly appreciated James' professionalism, knowledge, and continuing education. Highly recommend him as a rolfing practitioner to anyone curious about fascia, seeking pain prevention as I was, or already hurting.
James is very skilled at his work. I am definitely getting relief from lower back, hip and knee issues.
James rolfing has helped me so much. I went through the Rolfing 10 series. After each session, I immediately feel improvement on my hip mobility, back pain. And I was quite surprised to see how it could improve my posture as well. It helped my rounded shoulder posture which lots of ppl have. I highly recommend James Rolfing massage.
Rolfing with James was life changing. My pain is much better and I can move again. I have sciatica and arthritis in my neck that limited my mobility. I can now turn my neck all the way side to side without having to turn my whole body. My posture has improved and my hips do not feel "locked up" anymore. Highly recommended.
