Through my limited rolfing sessions with James I've experienced exponential pain relief from my sciatic & hip pain. I had previously done 3+ mo of PT, but these rolfing sessions have provided greater, long-lasting relief. It's also helped my hip, lower back and shoulders.
Attentive and knowledgeable. Always a sigh of pain relief after a session with James.
So much progress after one session
Incredible. I felt lighter just from all the relief from how tight I was. The feeling during is different than a typical massage but the feeling after lasts much longer. Cannot recommend enough.
