Incredible. I felt lighter just from all the relief from how tight I was. The feeling during is different than a typical massage but the feeling after lasts much longer. Cannot recommend enough.

Seriously, amazing. James is intuitive, skilled, and focused on his clients’ needs. Rolfing helped facilitate release of deep tension not held in my muscles. I felt no pain during my hour while James gently located the source of my tension or “knots” and they began to melt away right then and there. I came across the border to see James for a session as this is a service not provided in the city of Windsor. It is well worth the drive if you have to journey a little bit to get there. Just do it! The most benefit comes from doing the 10 series. If you're put off by the price I promise living a pain free life is worth it!

I visited Rolfing Michigan after years of lower back pain. I had tried all the traditional treatments, and nothing relieved the pain. James was very knowledgeable and able to help with my chronic back pain. His overall demeaner was calm and relaxed. My appointments always felt thorough and educational. I highly recommend.
