Worked with michael on sourcing me a cartier santos gave him a deposit to find and he got it for me at a great price and authenticated and vetted everything
Fantastic customer service, communication and going the extra mile to make sure my purchase was smooth and enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend Michael enough.
Michael was great! We had a hard time getting the numbers we thought the jewelry I was selling was worth, so he removed his commission to maximize my profit. This was above and beyond what you can expect from a jewelry reseller. I would highly recommend using them, and would do so again in the future.
I had a great experience purchasing my watch from this company. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way. The delivery was seamless, and everything arrived exactly as expected. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality watch and outstanding customer service.
Everything about my experience couldn’t have gone better! Michael was exceptional at communication, negotiated a fair price, and extended his knowledge on different topics regarding the watch/jewelry industry! Overall, I would gladly do business with him again. Do not hesitate!
