I would go elsewhere. I went there today and had a weird experience. All was well until I mentioned I wanted the stainless models of items. This AD does not take purchase requests seriously for those who dont buy all their undesirable model watches. I already own a few models in 2 tone. Sarah was very condescending treating me like a little girl. I am letting my car and pilot communities know to avoid this AD now. I think she sells to her client's that are reselling solely. Terrible customer service! The female sales associate was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of answering my questions, she told me to go home and do my own research. Seriously?! Isn’t answering customers’ questions part of your job? Very disappointing!

Last year I had expressed my interest in a Rolex to celebrate my birthday and I frequent this location. Angieszka has always been so courteous, friendly, and helpful with all my visits despite sometimes coming out empty handed. She had also found my wife's dream watch earlier this year. Awful experience, zero customer service from two older women working today on October 10th at around 3:15 pm. Rude and short, walked out almost immediately.
