Amazing experience overall working with Agnieszka to find my perfect piece. She is attentive, listens, and clearly cares about investing in long-term relationships. I had a special occasion I was commemorating, and Agnieszka helped me pick the perfect piece and was very transparent about the process and setting expectations. Ultimately, she surprised me one day letting me know my piece was waiting. Amazing experience and I hope to work with her for celebrating other occasions.

I walked into this Rolex boutique early May after waiting in line for 20 minutes. I was greeted by Li Ying and told her what model I was interested in. She took me to the case and let me try on the exhibition piece and I expressed my interest to be placed on the list. She had me scan a QR code and got me in. I recently moved back to California and decided to stop by this Rolex boutique to start building a relationship.
