I cannot say enough about Dr. Hummel and the entire staff! Gucci and I are always greeted warmly and he loves the front desk staff! Dr. Hummel has treated Gucci for the past nine years and Gucci and I don't know what we would do without her! Her passion for her calling is truly a gift and we both thank her for taking very good care of him! ��
The entire staff is just amazing! I am a pain to deal with when it comes to my kids and pets and no matter how bad I am, they are always sweet and carrying. That is when you know they care about the animals. They go the extra mile to ensure your beloved animal is well. ❤️
I have two dogs that visited here, one a senior and the other an abused rescue with issues. I had a scheduling conflict. When asked to speak to someone about it, the office staff became very unfriendly and then even hung up on me. This vet has always been much more expensive than my previous vet, but now they aren't even customer-oriented. Go elsewhere, you and your pets deserve better.
We have been going to RVH for thirteen years and we have always had top notch service and care. Dr. Sawyer has provided knowledge, compassion, and support throughout our latest issue with an older puppy recovering from eye surgery. I really appreciate the time she has taken to ensure us of current status and next steps. Dr. Sawyer, thank you so much for treating Sweet Pea with the utmost care. I can't say enough about Dr. Sawyer and the entire staff at RVH.
The drsand techs are awesome they get down on floor with my dog and hold them and love them during shots or examinations! I am so glad to have all of them !!
We love the whole staff at Rolesville Veterinary Hospital!! Love, love, love Dr. Baker! She has called us many nights after she's gotten home to go over things about our dog and cat! Tjeu go the extra mile! ❤️🐶😺
