Bob provided a quick response to my inquiry and issue when I left a message with him this morning. They were at my place precisely when he said they could get here and the job was done within just a few hours of me first reaching out. They quickly installed a new water heater and hauled away the old one for me at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks guys!
We just moved to Marshall and luckily we found Role Model! I called and Bob answered the phone, which is amazing! He came to the house the same day and did the work we needed right away! Incredible! Five stars all the way! From start to finish, this company was outstanding. They provided next-day service, showed up right on time, and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable, and their professionalism truly stood out. What impressed me most was that they followed up afterward to make sure everything was still working properly. Called Bob at Role Model Plumbing about a septic/ plumbing issue. He came out the next day ASAP service! Found the issue quick and fix it in the same day. My water heater went out over the weekend. I was told Role Model is open and works on Saturday. Which is really convenient. I gave them a call. He did say they were booked but he would be there first thing Monday and he was. Very reasonable in pricing as well. If anyone is needing work done I highly recommend.
