I was very pleased how quickly they came out to our emergency of no hot water. I called Bob was here in 15 min. Next day delivered my new hot water heater and answered all my questions. We will definitely be using them again. Professional work.

Needed some plumbing replaced in the bathroom, called Bob, was quite surprised that he was able to fit me in the next day. Super happy with his work and will definitely use him again and most definitely would recommend him to everyone.

Role Model plumbing came out the same day I called instead of having to wait 2 days for service. The guys literally pulled up at the scheduled time. They were respectful and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend them for anyone needing service in this town.

Bob really stands behind his work. A true man of his word. Had a leak around the base of the toilet (the leak was not even his fault) and he fixed it for free! Role Model Plumbing is absolutely the best!

The team at Role Model was incredibly patient with my hectic schedule! Despite a week of playing phone tag, they got me in at the earliest opportunity, which I really appreciated. Once on site, they quickly assessed the issue, made a quick run for supplies, and had my toilet fixed in under an hour. Truly top-shelf service. I’ll definitely be calling Bob and his crew for any future plumbing needs!
