Rolands sure helped us out, my family and I broke down on 70 on a Sunday afternoon and they were there in about 20 minutes from making the call to get towed. We live about 2 hours so we made arrangements to get home and left our car at the garage. They called my wife within two hours after opening on Monday to tell her what the problem was (alternator took a crap). They had it fixed that afternoon. We were traveling on I-70 East when our truck broke down. I called the Maryland State Police and they called Rolands. Five minutes later, Melvin came with a flatbed tow truck and took us to the shop. We were told that the parts would come in the next morning so Melvin took us to the Super 8 motel where we stayed until the next morning, when our truck was fixed as promised and on time. Traveling far from home my truck started to give out on the highway. I called ahead and they said to come in and they'd take care of it. I'm glad I did. Roland called me the next morning with a diagnosis and time frame for repairs. They got right on it and had it done promptly. Residents of Hancock are fortunate to have a great reliable shop in town.
