Great southern homes is a sub par builder. Warranty is useless and they will say everything isn’t covered.
Nice homes,however, there are issues with drainage in NUMEROUS back yards when there is heavy rain.
Please furr babie neighbors..... it's hot out and the pavement is 3 times as hot. Be kind to your fur babies. Don't walk them in the heat.
