The doctors here are amazing and very caring. Today I went for labs in the morning and about almost an hour of waiting I went to check the status and noticed staff just checked me in. I did notice, though, that the front staff seemed distracted on their phones, which caused a delay in services. The support team plays such an important role, and I think things could run much smoother if they were more attentive. Just wanted to share that feedback.

Dr. Rolando Yarritu has been our family Dr. for over 30 years. He is an exemplary physician. He sits down and listens to you and your concerns. He and his staff treat you like family. It is best that you have an appointment to be seen in a timely manner. The best of the best care from Dr. Yarritu and staff.

So I went to schedule appointments in person, while there I wanted to check my weight. Politely I asked if I would go to the back area to weigh myself. Receptionists texted personnel in the back, after waiting ten minutes they responded with a message that they were to busy to assist me. It would have taken a minute and a half of their time to get my weight. 🤔☹️🫤That's how you get negative rapport when not one person in the whole office can assist .Thanks
