I came across Dr. Yarritu because I had a difficult time finding a doctor's office in this area that would accept the Tricare West insurance plan. Dr. Yarritu is a very patient, compassionate, and experienced physician who is excellent at taking care of older patients with chronic health problems. I have been seeing dr Yarritu for almost 30 years. He is the most caring, understanding and one of the smartest doctors i know. I have a rare disease and it took awhile but other doctors treated me like it was in my head but he never gave up and we finally got answers. He was my mother's doctor . Dr. Yarritu has been my PCP for about ten years now. He listens not only to my issues but to my questions on research I have already done as well. He does not disregard me or my opinion as many doctors tend to do. He has helped me overcome some difficult diagnoses from the initial diagnosis and then additional referrals.
