I have visited Dr Rolando Cadena approximately 3 times. Each time I have had great visits, from the front office staff to his assistants and have not had long waiting times. Dr Cadena is very personable and takes time to ask my concerns as well as provide me with important feedback on my condition. I have received injections on my feet that have not been painful. I can’t say enough about his care for his patients.

Dr. Cadena healed a lesion on my left ankle that had been open and misdiagnosed by other doctors for 7 years. He healed me in 2 visits.

Waiting room packed, kids rolling on floor, playing loud video games. Some staff not masked (still required in medical facilities). Waited 45 minutes past appointment time. In the back they leave exam room doors open, you could hear everyone’s conversations - has to be a HIPPA violation.

I waited about two hours beyond my scheduled appointment time every time I visited this office. I was told my problem would be completely corrected within two months of treatment. Years later, many very expensive appointments, and many hundreds of dollars later for orthopedic inserts, my condition has only worsened terribly. Wasted time. Wasted money. Unnecessary pain. Unprofessional.
