Work was great, crews were great. The only problem was a 3-month delay in permitting, which was partly a city problem but partly the company not noticing that their info was incorrect in the city’s system. They did the best they could with the permits once they fixed their data in the system. The result of the delay was that the work wasn’t completed in 2025, so our historic MD state tax credit won’t apply in 2025, giving us a huge tax bill in 2025. I would use them again, and would recommend them to others.
Critters were getting into my house via the gutters and rotted wood they were attached to. Roland quickly developed a temporary patching system to prevent animals from entering our interior and then came out later to completely replace the wood and old failing gutters. They did an amazing job.

Very disappointing experience overall. Work started late and lacked clear communication. The crew seemed rushed and careless on site. Materials used did not match what was promised. Several mistakes were noticed after completion. Roof still leaks despite “repairs.” Follow-up calls were ignored or delayed. No proper inspection was done before leaving. Clean-up was poor, nails left around the property. Pricing did not match the quality of work. Felt unprofessional and stressful. Would not recommend this company
Promised service was not delivered. Communication was very poor. Felt like my time was wasted. Extremely dissatisfied.
