We had a 60 foot maple tree that had to come down as it was threatening our and a neighbor’s house. Andy came and looked the job over and gave us a reasonable price. We were concerned that they had insurance and Andy provided us with an insurance certificate naming us as an additional insured. The crew arrived at 8:30 am and set to work. By 2 the tree was down. They are so handy and professional. They work so hard! They really know what they are doing! They made a cement basement staircase for my house!
These guys did excellent work. Very meticulous.... Did what they said they would do and Left the place absolutely spotless!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Left my yard a mess and damaged my property. They refused to take any ownership, reimburse any costs, or even come back to look at the damage. They were rude to work with and seem to be uninsured since they refused to even send someone out to assess the damage. They're dishonest and will screw you if given the chance. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
The only thing positive i can write is that the delivery driver was great. After that it went down hill. The wood was a year out of being seasoned . I made several calls to let them know. I was told every time that someone would get back to me. Even that someone would come out to verify...no call backs or response at all. So now i have firewood for next year. I ordered another 2 cords from a local wood service that was perfect. I wouldn’t ever give my business to them ever again and i would warn people away. A simple apology... read more
