Do you make it a habit of backing out of a case, just before court time, when the victims and witnesses have waited 3 years, just to go to court? Just wondering. Thanks for nothing, but a lot of wasted time and much heartache.
He could follow through on cases he undertakes. If you reach out to a client through the media, due to the high profile of the incident, and offer to take the case it's unethical to back out 2-3 months prior to the case...on top of that he refuses to give my sister the depositions related to the case.
