Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Whether I have an appointment or come in as a walk-in I usually have to wait a minimum of two hours before getting put into an exam room and then have to wait another 30-45 minutes before being seen. Completely! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!
Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops.
