I have taken my truck to Roks diesel twice and they have done excellent work on my front end and Disaster kit. Great customer service, they had my truck ready in a day both times, I recommend ROKS diesel for all diesel repairs in Victoria!.
I took my truck in for repairs and it was not a bad experience the first time. They worked with my warranty company and got the job done. The second time I wanted to bring my truck back to them for a much more expensive repair, the gentleman who answered the phone told me it was too much work to deal with all the parts and paperwork so I would have to pay over $200 which would be out of pocket because the warranty company will not pay for that. Really couldn’t be more impressed with this place. I meant to leave a review 3 years ago when everyone was out of a part because of COVID and they were super patient and I always felt they were doing everything they could possibly do. I had another time where they saved me a bunch of money a few years later from a bad purchase and now bringing in my gmc they are just super nice and trustworth
World class customer service and skilled techs at a great price. Thorough and accommodating with fast turnaround. Highly recommend.
