I’m so grateful to this beautiful clinic. I had a sudden allergic reaction while alone and was really scared. They took me in last minute, calmed me down, and cared for me with so much kindness. The nurses/doctors checked on me regularly and made me feel safe when I was overwhelmed and crying. I truly felt looked after, not just as a patient but as a person. I visited your practice during the week...following a recommendation from my daughter who lives in Perth...we visit from Ireland annually. In the first instance, the first point of contact...your receptionist was courteous, helpful and efficient. I registered on line and made an appointment with Dr Patrick Garratt in the following days. I contacted Rokeby GP on a Saturday afternoon, after testing positive for Covid and being unable to find any other GP nearby that was open. Dr C Baker assessed my symptoms over the phone and then texted a prescription for antivirals. Prompt and very courteous service for someone who had not previously been their patient.
