I just wanted to say that Dr. Rokaw is knowledgeable and very empathetic. I've finally found a Dr. that is able to give me some answers on how to move forward with my current symptoms. The front desk, as well as the women that took my vitals, were so kind and I could not have asked for a better experience today! Keep it up, you guys are doing an amazing job. I rarely write reviews but I feel like this amazing Dr. and kind staff truly deserves recognition.

To Dr. Rokaw the Hippocratic oath his just something he had to say in order to get a medical degree. He interprets it to mean that he does not have to listen to patients, may belittle them and turn his back when they have a medical crisis. After being in the ER twice in one week I was told be the discharge doctors to follow up with my primary doctor. I innocently called to make an appointment. Office was going to call me back with lab results in a few days it’s been weeks with my phone calls being ignored and the office has staff is absolutely rude to the patient doesn’t matter if the doctor is any good if you can’t get in touch with him or his office

Dr Rokaw is a great doctor, unfortunately his office staff is so terrible that I had to find a new doctor. I received a bill 11 months after my visit and I received it 1 day before it says it was due. I have tried to call several times to talk about the bill and make the payment but due to the hours of the “billing department” (supposedly 9am-12pm… but I have called between these hours and they were out of office) I have still been unable to pay the bill.
