Please be ware of this Compnay. They are fraudulent. I purchased two sinks from them and they arrived shattered twice and it took a long time items to arrive. My project had to go on hold for weeks and at the end I had to order something else from a different vendor as they never resolved they issue or sent us our money back. I would avoid purchasing from ROK. I ordered cabinet hinges for my entire kitchen. 32 of them and I spent $203. When the hinges arrived and I went to install them, they would not install because they did not come with a mounting plate that is evidently needed to use these hinges. The product profile on ROK's website did not mention that you also would need to purchase a mounting plate. I would have done so had I known. I requested to return them. Took awhile, but issue was finally resolved.
WARNING! I returned hardware after getting an RMA, paid over $100 in shipping to return and $894 order. ROK received FEDEX return shipment on 7/28. It is now 11/24 and still have not received refund! I have emailed 5 times and spoken to John Huitt in customer service 4 times and asked to speak to a supervisor to no avail. I was told Accounting would cut me a check and then told they would call me back within an hour. Now I'm out a $1,000. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS!!!! VERY UNETHICAL!
If you're ordering from this place you will need to have some knowledge of cabinetry layout and also place close attention to what is delivered because they will mess up... multiple times. They sent someone to measure our kitchen, we planned our layout based on their specs, First issue: the rok worker placed an order for slabs of stone for the countertops instead of the standard prefab sizes.
