Dr. Rojas is an excellent doctor she was my physician that my eye doctor sent to me after he diagnosed me having MS, I did not get to wish her well and I cried. My father-in-law came with me to my first and second visit, he respected her as a physician, he was a retired physician. She is a wonderful person and physician. I did my own homework and didn't whine.
This doctor is HORRIBLE! She took our daughter off of a medication that was working for many years for autism and behavior and put her on another one which didn't even work. When we tried to tell her it didn't work and we would like to put her our daughter back on the old medication, she said to go see a psychiatrist. The nurse practitioner she has working with her is also horrible and rude. I had to keep Faxing notes in order for someone to call me back only to have someone rude on the other end. This doctor took lots of time with me in March and gave me all kind of good suggestions but when I called for another appt and to get the results of the MRI she ordered, I never got any answer nor did she send me chart notes or results. I called many times and finally got an answer but the person wouldn't tell me that the office was closing. I found that out on line. I first started seeing Dr Rojas 2 years ago for migraines, she was great; right on time, listened to what was going on, gave me options, then things slowy started to change. I waited longer and longer, felt rushed in appointments & I didn't think what we were doing was helping but different options weren't explored. She always had students with her and I seemed secondary. Then I tried to have my meds refilled, after the pharmacy tried 3x, I called 2x and no returned calls then I got a letter in the mail saying she was closin... read more
I have had severe daily migraines for 15 years. Dr. Rojas is the first doctor to take the time to listen to what MY triggers are and how MY head hurts. She has worked with me by giving me several treatment options, with the pros and cons of each, then lets me decide what I want to try. I have gotten more relief than I ever expected after all the other doctors I have gone to and the other treatments I have tried.
I have a medical condition that causes severe headaches....several visits with this DR and no solution or offer of any solution. She was not knowledgeable in my condition and didn't seem to care. Her staff was rude and told me "go to the ER if you think u are that bad off." Returning phone calls within a timely matter is a joke! There is nothing worse than to walk away from a Doctor, feeling WORSE than when you went in!UGH
