Unfortunately, I am not a fan of dentists. I suppose because it's me sitting in that chair... Anywho, Rojas Family Dentistry is a wonderful, clean and friendly environment. They have always been kind and understanding to my small family. If we have questions, concerns or needs - it does not fall on deaf ears. Our crowns, cleanings and bridges are done right the first time around. Our appointments are always on time. And we are always treated with respect. Whoever is in charge of running this office should be ashamed at the way their staff treats patients. Dr. Rojas is probably a good dentist but because he has staff members that don’t know how to self regulate their behavior or treat people with courtesy his office will have a tarnish to the name. I will never recommend this office to anyone and I will share of my experience where necessary just so that others don’t experience the same thing. Shame on you female receptionist. If I could get them zero stars I would. Super unprofessional, they have the reception is telling you one thing and the dentist telling you another and they do not ever get it together. It happened more than once with my first appointment. They only do extractions. Even if the dentist tells you otherwise. Save yourself the time and find somewhere better. Responding to your post.
