Mid-morning, my driver's side window just dropped down into the door pocket (or whatever it's called) - and of course this happened on the hottest day of the year. Called them on Friday around 415pm. Tony took my call, confirmed the glass we needed was available, and was at my house at 830am on Saturday morning. The broken window was still attached to the car and there was glass throughout the back seat. They vacuumed all the glass, installed the window, and were gone in an hour. Highly recommend.
I guess I'm really lucky. At the proud age of 62, after owning and driving plenty of cars, I've never had to replace a windshield before.
