Very bad service. Rojas, the owner, was late to the service appointment and when he arrived, he did not even bother to open up the dryer to check properly. He claimed that he knew what the problem was based on the description of the problem provided by me. He advised that he was going to order the part and come back in approximately 2-3 days to repair the dryer.
