Personally, I really don’t like having to fill out these survey type things but everything was fine. I got in. I got out. Don’t have to see him for a year.
From the beginning, the office staff was very courteous, professional, and attentive. Once check-in was complete, the Medical Assistant was also professional and not starchy. Dr. Pondicherry, who I had the pleasure of meeting when he was my sister's doctor,about a year ago. His bedside manner was a 10 plus. He took the time to explain everything related to my symptoms Dr Pondicherry also educated me on the different procedures related to me pros and cons.Thank you again doctor for accepting me as your patient
It was quick plus I showed up early and got in before my schedule time
