Tried Roja in Los Altos on 8/25. We had a group gathering, dinner was very good. Menu selection is good. We brought our own wine and there was a corkage fee. The restaurant is not too big but we had 12 of us and was able to fit. The rib eye dish was excellent. The duck breast also looks very good. Overall we had a good time. The food and service were very good.
Great time at ROJA! Crudo was amazing. Loved the desserts too.
点了一份无花果意式饺子和草莓派。无花果饺子很有创意，配上火腿碎和柑柚黄油酱咸甜相间，一眼就让人相中，不会很惊讶，但让人很回味，关键份量恰恰好。初见就像遇见一位清新靓丽的少女，吃完之后就像中年少女[呲牙][呲牙]。草莓派就很普通，主要草莓酱没熬好，少了一点心机。 坐在吧台看着后厨运作，不见主厨，一个白色衣服的负责炉头，红色衣服负责其他部分和环节，主厨估计只是负责餐厅菜单的设计，然后训练团队制作流程，大部分是提前做好的，包括饺子，酱汁估计是当天做的。 一家好的精品餐厅，关键有一支能被训练，配合流畅的团队。（做项目也一样） 下次试下他们的一鸭两吃，和我做的油封鸭腿PK一下[呲牙][呲牙]
