We had a wonderful experience selling our home with R.O.I. Properties. Beth-Jo and Ellen developed a strong pricing and marketing plan that got us multiple offers and an excellent sale price well above ask and our Zillow value. I have had the pleasure of working with Beth Jo Zeitzer and her team at R.O.I. Properties on behalf of multiple clients, with transactions involving properties throughout the state of Arizona. Despite the often challenging circumstances surrounding the properties in question, each and every transaction has been conducted with the highest level of professionalism and expertise. I hold Beth Jo and her team in the highest regard and do not hesitate to recommend them for any real estate related needs.
I have never done business with an organization this lacking in professionalism or empathy. If you're looking for someone who actually cares about the situation you're in, will communicate with you throughout the process, and won't cut corners, do NOT work with ROI. I am shocked that this company thinks its standards are acceptable.
