Work with Spenser all summer to help recover from a stress injury. He had a game plan from the start and was able to get me cleared and back to training just before the start of the fall collegiate tri season.
My son tore his meniscus in April and has been working with Kody since then, he says that Kody is always super attentive and encouraging. The workouts they do always seem super specific and tailored to his injury. Overall the experience was awesome and we are confident in his ability to get back to sports!
This place is the real deal for athletes or if you have a high physically demanding job you need to get back to. Spencer is amazing and extremely knowledgable. I walked into ROI barely able to squat and after several weeks at ROI I am back to the sport I love and full speed at work.
