Just moved into an older home then needed some work. ROI did an excellent job replacing the roof including all plywood underlayment, gutters, and attic insulation. Great communications through the entire process and all final touches taken care of with no push back.
ROI replaced 3 of my skylights after 2 of them (1 of 2 layers) fell into my living room last December 2025. Despite the inclement weather of snow and ice these past weeks ROI managed to replace all three within one day (while it was drizzling). With the added auto-shade coverings I couldn't be happier.
First their website is not accurate. Their website clearly states that they do roof repair. However, when I called they told me that they only do replacement. After I turn down their initial call to replace my roof, now I'm getting solicitation call from them at least 3 times a day.
Quality experience and the price was great for my window job. Will be using them for more work in the future.
