ROI recently completed our shingles roof replacement. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The initial meeting with the sales person to clarify the options and process was useful as was the subsequent engagement of the manager in confirming the details, working out and agreeing on the final estimate, and setting up the implementation schedule with the project coordinator.
