I called Rohr’s a couple of weeks ago to book a storage unit for my elderly parents who are moving from Youngstown to Massillon. The guy told me they don’t reserve the units. I didn’t want to pay a months rent on a unit I wasn’t using. He then told me that there were 3 units available and offered that he would call me if he got down to 1 unit to make sure I get it. Facility is nice but the owners have horrible communication skills. I tried making my payment multiple times. They don’t take card, they only take check in the mail or cash in person, I live far away. I asked for automatic payment withdraw right away as soon as I began my lease, and I never got any info on automatic withdraw. Then they tried to charge me a late fee which was not my fault. I tried multiple times to make my payment with no avail. Then they said I “got hostile”. What a joke

The Rohr's are great, honest, & hardworking people. They have been amazing to deal with! The storage is fenced & locked with lights and cameras. Our stuff is safe and I feel safe there even alone at night. I for sure recommend them!

Nice units 4 the price. Security gate n plenty Security cameras.
