I met Brian Rohlfing years ago at an open house I was just perusing before entering the market. He made a personal connection then and I came back when I needed a realtor. Brian and Nancy are very personable and are very involved in their neighborhood, giving them a great insight into the best fit for any home buyer.
Nancy and Brian both are great people and very talented realtors. Our house was on the market in the summer of 2010, and not much was selling at that time due to the recession. They were very smart about what to do to make it stand out among the heavy competition.
