I own a House of Rohl R77V3 kitchen faucet that originally cost around $1,200. After less than five years of normal residential use, the ceramic cartridge completely failed. The flow gradually became slower and then almost stopped entirely. When I removed the cartridge, it was literally breaking apart with ceramic fragments inside. Unfortunately they do not stand behind the so called lifetime warranty. After spending over $1500 for a kitchen faucet that has tarnished and leaks they say it’s because of “care and use” that’s the excuse for not covering the warranty. Don’t fall for warranty lie - they do not stand behind their product Terrible company

Rohl’s customer service—specifically the Technical Support Team—is of the highest caliber bar none. My plumber and I both called technical support during a recent shower system install as the plumber lost some washers and broke an internal part of the main diverter valve. Not only was the conversation extremely informative, replacement parts were sent out immediately. We have Rohl fixtures and faucets throughout our 4-bath home as well as the kitchen and wet bar and look forward to decades with them! The quality is top tier ... read more

The worst ever. I am not commenting on the product itself because I did not have the chance to use it yet. I purchased the bathroom faucet for our new built house in April and now we are in October and still parts are missing and its not working. We have been going back and forth with phone calls sending different Parts, doing video calls, and having 5 different plumbers to install for every time they sent new part, and still not working. As a Building Contractor, I understand good products and customer service. I recently had a problem with an older model Rohl faucets cartridge. I called Rohl and was treated with the utmost of respect and courtesy. My problem was resolved quickly and professionally and I couldn't be more proud to use the Rohl products for my clients and my own home. Quality of the product was very high and the customer service was great. Thank You House of Rohl.
