Show home never open. The agent Fadi Georgi. Doesn't answer calls, return them. I thought the entire point of a listing agent and a show home is to show the properties? After several tries I've given up. Reading the reviews about no customer service and being left high and dry. I can confirm this is true from my own experience. The good thing is, the show homes next door was opened and they got me sorted out !
I have left 1 star review when I get possession if my new home Now it has been more than a month away yet still many of the issues are still not solved One major thing is one of my kid’s bedroom window. I am facing similar issues with others here . Bought a house from Rohit South Edmonton. Heating was poorly done. Inferior materials used and the door handles falling off. Heating not working and the Edmonton support team hang off on customers because they don’t feeling listening. Please be aware of this builder. Worst service you can imagine
