Dear Rohit, We purchased two houses from you and are now planning to develop the basements. For this purpose, we require the blueprints and plot plans for both properties. When I contacted you about this, I was directed to speak with your staff member, Ronda/Rhonda. Unfortunately, she was unable to assist and advised me to contact the City of Edmonton instead. Show home never open. The agent Fadi Georgi. Doesn't answer calls, return them. I thought the entire point of a listing agent and a show home is to show the properties? After several tries I've given up. Reading the reviews about no customer service and being left high and dry. I can confirm this is true from my own experience. The good thing is, the show homes next door was opened and they got me sorted out !

I have left 1 star review when I get possession if my new home Now it has been more than a month away yet still many of the issues are still not solved One major thing is one of my kid’s bedroom window. It has crack when I go through pre-possession walk through yet it hasn’t been replace. Some of warranty works done however not yet finished nor waiting for parts to come.
