Every interaction I've had with this company has been an absolute net negative. On several occasions, Rohit and their workers have parked in front of my house, right against my garbage bin that I put out the night before. In the past year, this has caused my garbage to go uncollected on multiple occasions. Twice, they even drove into the bin, knocked it over, and left garbage strewn across the street. I am First time home buyer I am suggesting everyone not buy houses Rohit Homes . They used very low and cheap quality expired out dated material. BUYER BEWARE Show Home Purchase – Multiple Unresolved Issues We purchased a show home from Rohit Homes, expecting it to be move-in ready with all appliances functioning. That was not our experience. Defective Appliances Ignored: The microwave and dryer were both non-functional upon possession. When we reported this, Rohit Homes refused to repair or replace them — despite these being included in the sale.
