Absolutely atrocious, have messaged/called & emailed them multiple times for quick & simple questions, never get a response from anyone, it’s almost like once you’re bought your home, they wash their hands & move onto the next person, be very careful when purchasing a home through them!
I was going to wait for a review until the end to see what other level of dishonesty, ignorance and selfish business practices they could reach but I had seen and experienced too much to wait any longer. People deserve to know what they are signing up for when they give these people their life savings, their hopes, dreams of owning a house, blood and sweat they shed to come up with money for a house. Extremely disappointed with the warranty department at Rohit Group. I reported a serious front door issue several days ago and there has been no resolution, no follow-up, and no sense of urgency. I was assured the matter would be escalated but nothing has been done. This situation is not only inconvenient but also disruptive. Even after contacting the head office, the handling of my concern felt dismissive and far from customer focused.
