What a joke of a company!!!! Never again. My home isn’t even built yet and my husband and I were planning to move to Calgary but are in talks of just selling it just so we can cut ties, get our money back, and never have to deal with this company again. They tell you before you buy that they will send progress pics and updates monthly which is great seeing we are buyers from out of province and can’t just drive 15 minutes to check on the progress ourselves. Horrible business ethics. This is realtime. My realtor inquired about a property listed, and they told her at first that it had a contract written for it. Then came back moments later and told her it was available. So that day I signed with them, they kept putting off signing. Now, a week has gone by (after I have lined up a mortgage, condo reviewer and lawyer) and they're saying there is a glitch in the system, that there was an offer already signed and they didn't realize it. Completely negligent, we have had an active water leak for almost 2 weeks from a drain on a main floor. Basemen ceiling is soaked and tenants complaining, they have avoided contacted and not responding to emails or voicemails.
