I live at 562 Seton Circle S.E., and I have to say — these townhomes are an absolute disaster when it comes to quality and soundproofing. I can hear everything from my neighbors: doors slamming, footsteps pounding up and down the stairs — it’s like living in a paper-thin box. This is by far one of the worst builds I’ve ever lived in. There is zero privacy and clearly no attention to construction standards. What an absolute nightmare of a company! Never again. Our home isn’t even built yet, and my husband and I were planning to move to Calgary—but at this point, we’re seriously considering just selling it to cut ties, get our money back, and never have to deal with this company again. Before we purchased, they assured us we’d receive monthly progress updates and photos, which was important since we’re buying from out of province and can’t just drive over to check things ourselves. What a joke of a company!!!! Never again. My home isn’t even built yet and my husband and I were planning to move to Calgary but are in talks of just selling it just so we can cut ties, get our money back, and never have to deal with this company again. They tell you before you buy that they will send progress pics and updates monthly which is great seeing we are buyers from out of province and can’t just drive 15 minutes to check on the progress ourselves. Horrible business ethics. This is realtime. My realtor inquired about a property listed, and they told her at first that it had a contract written for it. Then came back moments later and told her it was available. So that day I signed with them, they kept putting off signing. Now, a week has gone by (after I have lined up a mortgage, condo reviewer and lawyer) and they're saying there is a glitch in the system, that there was an offer already signed and they didn't realize it.
