They are the typical big builder. Terrible Customer Service, Condescending and belittling management who try to make you feel dumb and underplay issues that are clear. Management is paid on a Efficiency/Deficiency basis so the less deficiencies they have to fix in their homes the more money the managers make. and so on and so forth. Avoid them at all costs because one day they will be out of business and no one will be there to return your calls.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Horrible staff members that will constantly cut you off while trying to express your concerns. Time and time again they show they do not care about you once they have your money. Many issues in my home and my neighbours homes as well that go unanswered. Horrible to deal with, have had multiple issues since moving in exactly one year ago, counter top chipped, mold in the garage, missing siding, 2x4 nailed into the shingles, so many concerns that have gone un answered, say they will send someone out and no one shows, was told landscaping would be done by mid/end of July, it’s now end of August and no one has even come by, was just told they are busy working in other areas but it’s been over a year since we got possession of the house , such a joke of a company, once they get ... read more
Very helpful and accommodating. Staff are professional, super friendly and welcoming. My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Inesh and he was outstanding--he answered all our questions, was very prompt and truly went above and beyond to help us secure our dream home! He always advocated for us and truly understood our needs. We can't thank him enough and we're beyond thankful we went with Rohit Homes! 100% recommend!!!
