Very helpful and accommodating
Joining the bandwagon of negative things. They will not accept a 5% downpayment on any home unless you go through their broker! Sorry I won't be forced to use someone I do not trust! How is anyone meant to be able to buy a home! Scrimp and save for several years to save a downpayment to be told no even with 30k in hand. Looking at all the other negative reviews online I'm glad they said no to 5% down. Looks like we dodged a bullet with their lies, quality, lack of quality and not honouring warranty issues.
