Well planned and value for money
Run away from Rohit, they build garbage. You will regret it like i have. Code violations, cheap materials, attac venting not hooked up, walls uneven. I could go on for days. Look for a builder with integrity and they actually care about building something they will stand by. Rohit has not changed since i bought my junker home
