Homes/Condos that aren't worth the price, don't be fooled by the 'luxury' they slap onto their marketing. They hired poor quality contractors to build their units and don't take any ownership of it. If there's a problem with your unit, don't expect their customer service to get back to you as they fire people left and right and you can't get a handle on anyone that actually works there and stays there.
