I am First time home buyer I am suggesting everyone not buy houses Rohit Homes . They used very low and cheap quality expired out dated material. Very upsetting and mentally exhausting. After 2 to 3 years running behind them they finally said we are not responsible for the remaining work if your construction people did not done the job well it’s your responsibility to take over and fix it

I had to deal with their Realtors and one of the Managers Crystal. I am not sure that I could have been assisted by someone who has less Real Estate experience and knowledge. Zero understanding of her own contracts and the industry as a whole in Alberta. A completely ridiculous experience. Junior Realtors and unqualified management sums up the experience here.
