Horrible business ethics. This is realtime. My realtor inquired about a property listed, and they told her at first that it had a contract written for it. Then came back moments later and told her it was available. So that day I signed with them, they kept putting off signing. Now, a week has gone by (after I have lined up a mortgage, condo reviewer and lawyer) and they're saying there is a glitch in the system, that there was an offer already signed and they didn't realize it. I had a very good experience dealing with Rohit Communities. Great service by Customer Service Manager Leanne. Everybody I dealt with was professional and customer service oriented. Great people to work with. Also quality of build and designer finishes were very upscale
We love our new house in a Cochrane. We've been really impressed with the overall look and feel of it, and with the issues that do come up, our on site lead, Neal Jamieson, is very responsive and typically has a crew out in a matter of hours to remedy the issue. Very happy with our choice to purchase with this group.
AVOID THIS BUILDER AT ALL COSTS!!! Any other home builder will be better for your future home whether it be your first or 5th. Rohit will cut corners at every possible junction. They openly will tell you "if you expected communication you should have went with another builder as we don't do that here". We had visible daylight into our attic along our roof edge.
