I was going to wait for a review until the end to see what other level of dishonesty, ignorance and selfish business practices they could reach but I had seen and experienced too much to wait any longer. People deserve to know what they are signing up for when they give these people their life savings, their hopes, dreams of owning a house, blood and sweat they shed to come up with money for a house. We bought a home from Rohit in March 2025. Construction had already started in January, and we were told the house would be completed by June, with possession in July or August. Then came a two-month permit delay — which was not our fault — and now we’re being told possession will be “late winter 2025”… which has already passed. We assume they meant late winter 2026, but that kind of vague and careless communication has been typical throughout this experience. Trying to get clear answers has been frustrating from day one. My experience with the warranty program was pretty good. Brad Mitchell was super helpful and seems like a genuinely great person. The other representative I dealt with was also helpful and super nice, but with this person, it felt like I had to keep them on top of things at times and hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
