We are very happy with our Rohit home in Cochrane. There were some minor issues but the warrenty team (specifically Brad Mitchell) made sure that everything was fixed and taken care of.
We’ve had nothing but excellent experiences dealing with Rohit. We’ve been in our new home for a year now and the very minor issues we’ve had have all been taken care quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We really love our home. A special thank you goes out to Brad Mitchell for always being there for us. Brad is extremely knowledgeable and professional and we are thankful we have him as our Rohit representative.

Horrible business ethics. This is realtime. My realtor inquired about a property listed, and they told her at first that it had a contract written for it. Then came back moments later and told her it was available. So that day I signed with them, they kept putting off signing. Now, a week has gone by (after I have lined up a mortgage, condo reviewer and lawyer) and they're saying there is a glitch in the system, that there was an offer already signed and they didn't realize it.
