My experience with the warranty program was pretty good. Brad Mitchell was super helpful and seems like a genuinely great person. The other representative I dealt with was also helpful and super nice, but with this person, it felt like I had to keep them on top of things at times and hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Worst experience anyone could get! I paid my down payment in February, and as of today, they haven’t even started building. All I’ve received are empty promises, vague contracts, and zero accountability. ARK Realty, their sales company, will tell you whatever you want to hear, promises, and fake timelines, just to get your foot in the door. Once you sign, you're left to deal with Rohit’s delays, dishonesty, and complete lack of transparency. They’ve wasted months of my time and thousands of dollars, and still no action. Working with Rohit has been an unexpectedly smooth and genuinely positive experience. Something that's rare enough in this industry to be worth shouting about. This wasn’t a million-dollar home, but what truly set this experience apart was how the team handled the inevitable post-handover touch-ups and deficiencies. Extremely disappointing experience with Rohit Homes. We purchased a home through a realtor representing Rohit, trusting that timelines and responsibilities would be handled professionally. At the time of purchase, we were given a clear possession date. After that, there were no proactive updates or transparency. Eventually, we were told there would be a 2–3 week delay due to framing—but that turned out to be just the beginning. We are very happy with our Rohit home in Cochrane. There were some minor issues but the warrenty team (specifically Brad Mitchell) made sure that everything was fixed and taken care of.
