Horrible business ethics. This is realtime. My realtor inquired about a property listed, and they told her at first that it had a contract written for it. Then came back moments later and told her it was available. So that day I signed with them, they kept putting off signing. I had a very good experience dealing with Rohit Communities. Great service by Customer Service Manager Leanne. Everybody I dealt with was professional and customer service oriented. Great people to work with. Also quality of build and designer finishes were very upscale
We love our new house in a Cochrane. We've been really impressed with the overall look and feel of it, and with the issues that do come up, our on site lead, Neal Jamieson, is very responsive and typically has a crew out in a matter of hours to remedy the issue. Very happy with our choice to purchase with this group.
