The town houses that is built by Rohit Homes contains all phone jack and coax. Come on, have some balls to install a simple Cat5e jack.
Updated Review: My experience with Rohit was good until it wasn't. Rohit did not backfill under the front porch of my house, which led to significant settlement (see attached photos). When this was brought up to Rohit's warranty program, they took the stance that they did nothing wrong and settlement isn't covered under warranty. Absolutely incompetent company with no feeling of fulfilling their obligation and zero accountability. Customer support just closes your cases or gives you the same explanations promising something will happen tomorrow. And after 6 months - nothing. We live in a townhome built by this company on the new street in Airdrie. They're building the whole street, our building was finished first and we were the first one to move on this street more than 6 month ago. They told us that they will start building garages for our building in early-mid June. They dug a huge hole in our backyard and put a fence around it in mid June.
