bought my house a year ago, this company is the workst in Canada. they left a lot of work ondone and cheap material with posibly cheap labor. I cannot even use my side door due to wrong measurement that someone got apporved. the wooden floor is so terrible that we are already looking for a loan to replace. the entire top part of the house was left uncovered u can even see the nails from outside. Terrible company !! Please if any realtor advertises a rohit home , just flee!!! They have trained liars who don’t care about you once they have your money. They claimed I would get a garage door and have my grading done . Turns out it was a lie . They will attract you with some decent designs and leave you with an incomplete shell of a home at an inflated price. They don’t care if their reputation is damaged. Please stay away from this company !!! Worst builder in the entire western Canada
