Super patient, super gentle, super kind! I have a huge fear of dentist, Dr. Basson makes sure that I’m comfortable each time. Amy & Chu are super friendly, and attentive, they’re a great team!

I had such a great experience getting a crown placed on my tooth. I was honestly nervous going in, but the staff made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Basson explained everything clearly and checked in with me throughout the process, which really helped put me at ease. The procedure itself was smooth and much easier than I expected. My partials are so uncomfortable. The dentist doesn't spend enough time with you to iron out the issues. He acts like he is in such a hurry. The place is only so big. Unimpressed.
Dr Basson is very focused on patient comfort, and is very attentive to needs. I have come for cleanings, fillings, and Invisalign, and wouldn't go anywhere else. His whole office is kind and caring, with clean surroundings and welcoming decor. It's easy to make an appt as well as receive in-between support as needed. I feel confident that I am receiving the care I need (and not receiving unnecessary treatments), and that overall I am in good hands. I have already recommended Dr Basson to local friends.
